Which support forum?

I need to pick a support forum.
The main advantages to using a forum over a mailing list are:

Stickies: Useful for FAQs or hot topics
Searchable: Yes mailing lists can do this too, but I don’t think the average person makes use of them.
Community: More customisation options (avatars, signatures, etc)
People Helping People: Over time, your more active [...]

Finally upgraded to Firefox 3

I’m an early adopter of most things - but because my “gateway” to the Internet is my browser, I’m a little more cautious about browser changes. I’m especially dependent on plugins (Delicious, Web Developer, DownloadThemAll) - so I wanted to make sure they were supported before I made the switch.

Out with Bloglines, in with Google Reader

Bloglines has served me faithfully for the last few years. Alas it’s iPhone support, specifically keep-as-new, and collapsable folders isn’t up to par. So I’ve just exported my subscriptions (thank you open formats) and imported them into Google Reader.
